We're happy to lend you travel adapters and extension cords at reception.

Heading out early? A lunch box is available from 5:00 – please order it at reception by 22:00 the evening before.

Children up to 12 years stay free in their parents' room (using the existing beds); an extra bed is available for a surcharge. There's a playroom on the ground floor.

Stamps, postcards and stationery are available at reception.

Mineral water is provided in your room, and you'll find other drinks and snacks in the minibar. The price list is posted above it.

Munich Airport (MUC) is about 50 minutes from the hotel by car, and we're happy to call a taxi for you. By public transportation, take the S-Bahn commuter train to Munich, then the regional train to Miesbach station.

Forgot something? Umbrellas, sewing kits, extra blankets and pillows, toothbrushes, razors, shower caps, body lotion, feminine hygiene products, earplugs and much more are available free of charge at reception.

The trending racket sport, right here at the hotel: quick to learn, great fun – and ideal as a team event, too. 2 singles and 2 doubles courts. Reserve your court directly at the sports park (from your room: 464) or via “Reserve a court”. Rackets are available from vending machines right by the padel courts.

Free parking right at the hotel. Please keep emergency access routes clear.

We accept cash, girocard, American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Diners Club, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Your dog is very welcome (€15 per day, food not included). Out of consideration for other guests, please keep your dog on a leash at all times.

To protect the environment, we clean your room every other day. If you'd like it cleaned daily, just let reception know. Fresh towels are available anytime.

We serve food and drinks in your room from 11:00 to 22:00. You'll find the menu on your desk; order through the restaurant (480).

As a hotel guest, you can use the sauna area in our sports park free of charge. Spa bags with a bathrobe and slippers are available at reception, and there are also 2 solariums for you to use.

Fitness & wellness

The family classic above Lake Schliersee: ride up by cable car or walk up in about 1¼ hours on a stroller-friendly path. At the top, you'll find a playground, mini golf and food and drink – and you head back down to the valley on the summer toboggan run.

Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. If this rule is broken, we charge a cleaning fee of at least €200.

Miesbach station is 1.5 km from the hotel – about 3 minutes by taxi or about 15 minutes on foot. We're happy to call a taxi for you.

The Oberland's classic lookout mountain: ride up by cable car from Bayrischzell-Osterhofen or on Germany's oldest high-mountain rack railway (since 1912) from Brannenburg. At the top, a panorama of around 200 peaks, Germany's highest-altitude church and a show cave await. About 30 min drive from the hotel to the cable car.
